1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Mise en Planner ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Mise en Planner provides personalized daily meal plans based on your body composition, fitness goals, and dietary preferences. The App uses algorithmic meal selection to match your macro nutritional targets.

3. Subscriptions and Free Trial

Mise en Planner requires an active subscription to generate meal plans. We offer the following auto-renewing subscriptions:

Free Trial. New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. The trial automatically converts to a paid subscription at the end of the 7 days unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. If you cancel during the trial, you will retain access until the trial ends and will not be charged.

Billing. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) at the then-current price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Cancellation. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings (iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no refunds are provided for partial periods.

Price Changes. Apple may notify you of any changes to subscription prices before they take effect. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

The App provides nutritional information for general informational purposes only. It is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any diet or nutrition program. Macro calculations are estimates based on standard formulas and may not be accurate for all individuals.

5. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to health outcomes based on following meal plans generated by the App.

All content, design, and functionality of the App are owned by Mise en Planner and are protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
